Strato-Scruffy Third Public Demo

It is actually insane how fast I'm getting this done. Only four levels remain now! This will be the final demo other than any bugfix or balancing updates. I've touched up a few levels in this demo as well. 

The new levels include: 

- Intro Stage

- Big Boat

- Weird Freak World (the most 2009 level ever made)

- Birthday Cake Bash
