Strato-Scruffy is finished

...what do you mean no??? 

Jokes aside, after 14 years, Strato-Scruffy is now completed. Shockingly, it is surprisingly good, and IMO it holds up well. There's several little QOL changes made but overall the game stays true to my plans in 2009, only changing minor things where I either didn't have a plan or I absolutely had to.

Have fun, everyone. Now let's see what other vaporware projects of mine I can go back and finish...
