Rides Again Polished v2 and Strato v3.1

OK, this is actually a pretty cool update.

Taking a page from Strato, Rides Again now has four strafing modes that can be accessed from a new pause menu. One of them is Keyboard + Mouse aiming, so you can now play it like a real twin stick shooter! It also fixes a few small errors.

Strato v3.1 on the other hand has a single bug fix (Francis's stars not hurting you properly) as well as two new characters to play as. That should be the last Strato update for a bit. I'm working on porting it to GMS1.4 but this has been a bit of a process, so don't expect much Strato stuff for a while. Let me know if any more weird bugs pop up though and when I inevitably patch this again, I can slap a quick fix on it.
